Website and app are separate
This notice covers this project website and its support form. The application privacy notice explains designs, printing, optional iCloud, purchases and optional image searches in the app.
What the form sends
If you submit feedback, we receive your name, reply email address, subject, message and any device, app-version or printer details you choose to enter. There is no attachment upload. Include only what is needed for support.
Delivery and protection
Hostinger hosts the website. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions, including processing connection and device information under its own privacy practices. The server verifies that check before sending the message through Resend to LabelMaster’s customer-service address. Resend and the destination email providers process message delivery and can retain correspondence and operational records under their policies and settings.
The site does not keep a separate support dashboard or message database. Unsent text stays in page memory and can disappear when you leave. If delivery is not configured or the provider does not accept the message, the form reports failure rather than claiming success. Provider acceptance is not a guarantee of inbox delivery.
Use, retention and your choices
RichWEB uses correspondence to reply, support the product and keep relevant service records. Correspondence is retained as reasonably needed for these purposes and lawful obligations. No advertising or analytics SDK is installed in this website. Hosting security logs and provider records have their own retention controls.
You can request access, correction or deletion of RichWEB-held correspondence through the project support form, identifying the reply address you used, subject to verification and lawful retention requirements. There is no website account or label library to delete.
