About these terms
These terms describe the authorized use of Label Master Pro, a label-design and printing application provided by RichWEB, LLC.
Agreement
To use the application, review these terms, select the agreement checkbox and choose Agree. Only that explicit action records your acceptance of this version. Reaching the end of the text does not prove that you read or understood it. Your agreement version, a content fingerprint and the date/time supplied by your device are saved locally and synchronized through your iCloud account when available, separately from optional design-library synchronization. A changed version requires agreement again. Terms and Privacy remain available in Settings.
Licensing and ownership
RichWEB, LLC grants authorized customers a limited, non-exclusive license to use Label Master Pro to create, edit, manage, share and print labels for their own personal or business purposes, subject to these terms and applicable platform usage rules. Features designated as paid require the corresponding purchase authorization. Any use of the software outside this authorized scope requires a separate written agreement with RichWEB, LLC before that use begins.
The software is licensed rather than sold. RichWEB, LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the application, branding and included materials. You retain your existing rights in original content you create or import. Third-party images, fonts, software and other materials remain subject to their respective licenses; access through the app does not grant additional rights in them. Redistribution, resale or sublicensing of the application requires prior written authorization, except where applicable law, platform usage rules or a third-party license expressly permits it.
Free and Pro
The free edition includes ordinary label printing, text, photos, fonts, shapes, simple borders, manual QR and Code 128 codes, saved designs, templates and optional iCloud synchronization. Pro adds print merge and inventory barcode batches, custom border design and saved border setups, tables with automatic numbering, and text recognition.
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase rather than a subscription. The App Store displays the applicable localized price before purchase. Apple processes payment, purchase approval, restoration and refund requests under its applicable terms. Restore Purchases checks ownership for the current App Store account; iCloud design synchronization does not establish purchase ownership. Availability on multiple platforms depends on the application's App Store distribution and supported devices. A pending, canceled or unverified transaction does not grant Pro access. A revoked or refunded entitlement can remove Pro access.
Saved designs are not deleted when Pro is unavailable. Designs containing Pro features remain viewable, but their editing, printing and image export require Pro. Ordinary designs remain usable in the free edition. Independently saved or shared copies are not recalled.
Misuse and license termination
RichWEB, LLC reserves the right to suspend or revoke the software license for abuse of the application, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms. Any required notice, opportunity to remedy a breach, refund entitlement or other mandatory consumer remedy remains subject to applicable law and governing platform terms. If the license is lawfully terminated, you must stop using the application. Termination does not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Authorized content and equipment
Use the application only with printers, files and content you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your labels and for permissions required for imported images, fonts, personal information and other content.
Printer compatibility and results
Functional printing and label-feed testing has been completed using an M110 thermal printer. Compatibility with other printers depends on their Bluetooth interface, command requirements, printable dimensions and media handling. M120 and M220 profiles are experimental and have not been validated on physical hardware. Compatibility with every model, hardware revision or firmware version is not guaranteed. Current printer profiles support monochrome output on gapped labels; the app does not modify printer firmware.
Printing consumes labels, battery power and device resources. Match the loaded stock, inspect the preview and print a sample before relying on a layout or barcode. Completion of a data transfer does not confirm successful physical printing, alignment or feeding. Results can vary with the printer, media, settings and image processing. Independently verify labels used for safety, medical, regulatory or other accuracy-critical purposes.
Availability and backups
Features, compatibility and third-party services can change. Keep independent backups of important work. Uninterrupted operation, complete recovery of drafts and identical output across printers or other software are not guaranteed.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Label Master Pro is provided as is and as available, without express, implied or statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. Peter Richards, individually, and RichWEB, LLC do not warrant that the product will meet every requirement or operate without defects. Warranties and remedies that cannot lawfully be disclaimed remain in effect.
Release and hold harmless
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless Peter Richards, individually, and RichWEB, LLC (the Protected Parties) from claims, losses and damages arising from your use of Label Master Pro, including claims based on a Protected Party’s ordinary negligence. This release is subject to the Rights and exceptions section below and does not waive claims or remedies that the law does not allow you to waive. Peter Richards is an expressly intended beneficiary of these protections in his individual capacity.
Hardware and third-party services
The Protected Parties are not responsible for battery defects, hardware failures, overheating, electrical faults, manufacturer defects or third-party service outages that Label Master Pro did not cause or contribute to. A failure occurring while the application is running does not, by itself, establish that the application caused it. Follow the printer manufacturer’s operating instructions. This section does not excuse responsibility for harm actually caused by the application where applicable law provides a remedy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Peter Richards, individually, nor RichWEB, LLC is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Label Master Pro, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, even if advised that such loss could occur. This limitation applies only where lawful and is subject to the Rights and exceptions section below.
Indemnification for misuse
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify and hold harmless the Protected Parties against third-party claims and reasonable, documented legal costs to the extent caused by your unauthorized use, unlawful use of Label Master Pro or infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not cover the portion of a claim caused by a Protected Party’s own negligence or misconduct, and does not require you to reimburse the Protected Parties for a legitimate claim you bring for an application defect or injury.
Rights and exceptions
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence by a Protected Party. Death, personal injury, product liability, consumer protection, privacy rights and other statutory rights or remedies are not excluded or limited where applicable law prohibits doing so. If a protection is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent the law permits; no clause guarantees immunity from a lawsuit.
Platform and third-party licenses
App Store distribution is also subject to the applicable Apple platform terms and application license. Apple’s standard application license applies unless a custom application license is supplied through the App Store. These terms do not override mandatory consumer rights or permissions granted by applicable open-source licenses.
