LABELMASTER PRO / APP POLICY

Label Master Pro — Privacy Notice

Policy version: 1.2
Provider: RichWEB, LLC
Effective date: October 23, 2026.

This is the current application policy, also available inside the app. For this website’s contact form, read the separate website privacy notice. Viewing this page does not record agreement.

Scope

This notice explains how Label Master Pro handles information when you design, save, share and print labels. It covers local processing, optional iCloud synchronization, optional online image searches and information you choose to send to customer service. It describes the functions currently implemented in the application.

Information used by the application

The application processes text, selected photos and files, label designs, tables, merge lists, templates, recognized text, artwork credits and printer settings. These materials can contain personal information you include. Bluetooth discovery receives nearby device names and identifiers to help you select and connect to a printer.

Local storage and processing

Saved designs, drafts, templates and copies of imported artwork are stored in the application’s local library. Library summaries contain creation names, searchable design text, dimensions, type and modification dates. Device preferences include appearance, editing aids, roll profiles, printer alignment, reconnection settings and the selected printer’s model, reported name and Bluetooth identifier. Rendering, image conversion, barcode creation, merge processing and printing preparation take place on your device. Imported source files are not modified.

Terms acceptance

Choosing Agree after selecting the agreement checkbox records the Terms version, a fingerprint of its text, a random record identifier and the acceptance date/time supplied by your device. Viewing or scrolling a policy does not record acceptance. These minimal records are stored locally and synchronized in a separate private app directory in your iCloud account when available, even if optional design-library synchronization is off. No name, email, label content or purchase information is included in the acceptance record, and no acceptance record is sent to a RichWEB server.

Local acceptance is separated by the iCloud identity available to the application. An offline acceptance made without an iCloud account is not automatically assigned or uploaded to an account when you later sign in. Changing accounts can require agreement again unless that account already has a matching record. Records of earlier policy versions are retained with your app data and iCloud to identify the version accepted; a new policy version requires a new agreement. Local records are removed when the application’s data is deleted; independent iCloud copies follow your iCloud storage controls. The timestamp is a device record, not independent verification that the text was read.

Images and vector files

Selected images are normalized for use in the label. Supported SVG and single-page PDF files are converted locally to self-contained vector artwork with an image fallback. Embedded artwork is saved with the design and is included in optional iCloud synchronization. SVG imports reject scripts, entity definitions and external file or web references; importing an SVG does not retrieve linked resources. Included clipart, font files, credits and license notices are available offline.

Text recognition

Scan text uses Apple Vision on your device to recognize text in a selected or newly captured image. The application does not send the image or recognized text to an online OCR service. The recognition source is not automatically embedded in the label or saved to Photos. Text you accept is inserted into the design and follows the same storage and optional synchronization rules as other label text.

Optional image searches

Online searches send the search words and page requests to the selected provider. Image library uses Wikimedia Commons. Google Images opens Google’s website in a separate, nonpersistent WebKit session that does not use your system browser’s saved cookies or credentials. Providers, image hosts and websites opened in that session can receive search terms, your network address and ordinary request information; their own privacy practices apply.

Selecting an image downloads it for review. Adding it to a label saves a normalized copy and available source, credit and license information with the design. Existing designs, photos, recognition sources and merge lists are not uploaded for image searching. The application does not retain an image-search browsing history, although providers may keep their own records. Stored artwork credits are not automatically included in printed or shared label images.

Print merge

Merge text and selected CSV or text files are parsed locally. An accepted merge list is saved with its design, including any names, inventory details or other personal information it contains, and joins optional iCloud synchronization. Unaccepted list edits are not synchronized. Reusable templates retain the layout and field assignments without the recipient list. No separate batch-print history is saved. The application does not read Apple Notes directly; it processes text you choose to paste or import.

Purchases and restoration

Pro purchases and restoration use Apple's StoreKit and the App Store account on your device. Apple processes payments and supplies product pricing and signed transaction/ownership information so the application can verify Pro access, including restoration, revocation and refunds. The application does not receive your complete payment-card details or App Store password and does not send label designs, artwork or merge lists with purchase requests.

The application relies on Apple's verified transaction history for purchase ownership, including locally available ownership information when offline. It does not maintain a separate RichWEB purchase account, receipt server or developer-hosted transaction database. Purchase authorization is not stored in the synchronized design library. Apple's purchase, account and privacy practices apply. A purchase or restoration does not enable optional iCloud content synchronization.

Bluetooth printing

Printing sends the composed label bitmap directly to the printer you select. Merge printing sends the rendered label for each selected row. Anyone with access to the printer or printed labels may see that content. The application does not claim to erase printer memory or previously printed labels.

Sharing

Share label creates a PNG preview locally. You choose the destination and recipient through the operating system’s sharing controls. The image contains the visible label design, excluding editing handles, guides and grids. It does not include the editable document, full merge list or unused artwork. Recipients and sharing services can retain or forward the image under their own practices. RichWEB does not operate a label-sharing server, and the application does not retain a sent-image history.

Optional iCloud synchronization

Synchronization is off until you enable it and confirm the transfer to your iCloud account. When enabled, Apple’s iCloud Documents service stores saved designs, drafts, templates, embedded artwork, accepted merge lists, recoverable deletion state and saved paper settings. RichWEB does not host this library or maintain a separate application account or password database. iCloud uses your storage allowance and depends on your Apple Account, settings, network and available storage. Apple’s terms and privacy practices apply.

Shared paper settings include sizes, shapes, corner settings, gaps and the confirmed loaded roll for an identifiable printer. A one-way hash of its unique reported name links paper settings across devices; the raw name and device-specific Bluetooth pairing identifier are not included in those paper records. This hash is a linking identifier, not a guarantee of anonymity. Printer connections, alignment and connection logs remain local. Concurrent paper changes may require checking the physical roll.

Local copies support offline work. Conflicting design edits are retained as separate copies. A local account identifier separates cached libraries; it is not sent to RichWEB. Signing out or changing iCloud accounts pauses synchronization and hides the previous account’s cached library. Turning synchronization off retains downloaded copies and does not delete the existing iCloud library. Synchronization may be delayed and is not an independent backup.

Optional iCloud connection check

The Settings connection check uploads a generated sample to a separate test folder, checks its upload status and reads it back. It does not upload your saved designs or enable library synchronization. The application attempts to remove the sample after completion or cancellation; generated sample data may remain if removal fails. System error logs for this check include operation names and error codes, excluding account identifiers, file paths and label contents.

Retention and deletion

Drafts are saved as you work. Sending a design to trash moves it into Recently Deleted, where it remains recoverable without automatic expiry. With synchronization enabled, the deletion state transfers to your other devices. Restore returns a recoverable design without overwriting an existing version.

Permanent deletion requires a separate confirmation. It removes the design’s active and trashed content and synchronizes a deletion marker to prevent an outdated copy from restoring the same design. The marker contains an opaque design identifier rather than its title, text or artwork. Deletion does not erase independent copies, exports, shared images, printed labels, source files or backups and version histories held by other services. Included templates can be hidden and restored; their bundled originals remain in the application.

Permissions

Bluetooth permission supports printer discovery and printing. The system Photos picker supplies only the images you select; the application does not request broad photo-library access. Files access is limited to selected files. Camera permission is requested only when you choose Camera for text recognition on iPhone or iPad. The application does not request microphone, contacts, location or Apple Notes access. You can manage system permissions in your device settings.

Diagnostics and other services

Connection diagnostics are held in a bounded in-memory list and include connection events, transfer dimensions and alignment information. Debug builds also retain one local diagnostic snapshot of the latest print job, including its rendered label, byte counts and timing. That snapshot is outside the synchronized library and excluded from device backups. Release builds do not retain it. The application does not automatically send diagnostic information to RichWEB.

The application includes no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, developer-operated search proxy or developer-hosted content service. Image searches connect directly to the selected provider and image hosts. Selecting material in iCloud Photos or a cloud Files service may cause that provider to retrieve it under your existing settings. Device backups and Apple diagnostics follow your operating-system settings and Apple’s policies.

Customer-service correspondence

If you choose to contact RichWEB, LLC, the company receives the contact details, message and attachments you send. That information is used to respond to the request, provide support, address licensing questions and maintain relevant service records. Include only the content needed for your request. Correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Messages sent to customerservice@richwebllc.com are forwarded to the mailbox used by RichWEB, LLC for customer service. Email providers process delivery, forwarding and storage under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Your controls

You can edit designs, restore recoverable deletions, confirm permanent deletion, share rendered previews, disable synchronization, forget the saved printer and change system permissions. Apple’s storage controls manage information held in iCloud and device backups. Disabling synchronization or forgetting a printer does not erase the printer or existing cloud content. RichWEB does not maintain a developer-hosted copy of your designs.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of correspondence held by RichWEB by contacting customerservice@richwebllc.com, subject to applicable verification and lawful retention requirements. Provider-held data and information already shared with other recipients remain subject to their controls. The application does not currently provide an editable-document export or separate backup-management interface.
