The studio and its projects
This notice covers the RichWEB portfolio, project sections, contact forms and the compiler bridge on this website. Product-specific policies remain available from their own sections. An app’s microphone, printing or other device behavior is described in its own notice.
When you browse
Pages, images and fonts are served by the site. No advertising, analytics SDK, account system or saved-project database is implemented. The site does not request camera, microphone, location or contacts access. The web host is Hostinger; its infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser details, request times and operational logs to deliver and protect the service. Provider operational records follow the hosting account settings and provider policy.
When you get in touch
The form asks for your name, reply email, subject, message and an acknowledgement of this notice. Do not include passwords, payment information or other sensitive material. Once configured, the server checks Cloudflare Turnstile, then sends the message through Resend’s email API to the selected project’s fixed support alias. Cloudflare processes challenge and connection information for bot protection. Resend and the destination mailbox providers can retain the message under their own settings and policies. This website does not maintain a separate message dashboard or database.
Until both bot verification and delivery are configured, the form is disabled and the server rejects delivery. No message acceptance is claimed. RichWEB retains correspondence as reasonably needed for replies, support records and lawful obligations. Provider delivery and operational records follow their own policies and settings; acceptance by a provider does not guarantee inbox delivery. The browser keeps an unsent message in page memory. Navigating away or reloading can discard it.
When you compile BASIC
Submitting a build sends the listing, program name, target choices and any selected disk template to this website’s server, which forwards them over HTTPS to the existing Render compiler in Oregon, USA. Render compiles the request and returns downloadable artifacts. The compiler does not run your BASIC program. Temporary build cleanup, provider metadata and remaining limitations are described in the Render compiler privacy notice.
The bridge does not create a saved build library. It holds request/response data in memory while forwarding; interrupted requests and provider logging have their own operational behavior. Do not upload confidential source or private disk files. Build reports, assembly and ZIPs include the listing; disk templates retain their existing contents. Downloads saved to your device remain under your control.
Storage and external services
The online compiler stores the website terms version and agreement time in this browser only after an explicit Agree action. Clearing browser storage removes that record. There is no account or cross-device acceptance synchronization, advertising cookie or saved browser draft. Merely opening or scrolling the terms does not save acceptance. Cloudflare’s challenge has its own processing and privacy notice. Hostinger, Render Resend and receiving email providers have separate policies. Following an App Store or other external link shares ordinary connection information with that destination. There are no OpenAI API calls in the visitor flows.
Your choices
You decide whether to send a message or compile a program. To ask about a support message, correction or deletion, use the relevant project form and identify the reply address you used. There is no account to delete. This notice does not guarantee confidentiality, fixed provider retention, secure erasure or compliance in every jurisdiction. Legal rights that apply to you remain in effect.
Changes and contact
Policy versions should change when processing or providers change. The version and date identify this notice. Viewing this notice does not record consent or Terms acceptance. Questions can be directed through the studio contact form when it is connected.
