Compiler service and software
The existing compiler has its own service terms, GNU GPLv3-or-later license and runtime exception. These remain separate from the portfolio. Your independently supplied BASIC remains your work. No Apple ROM or OS image is supplied.
The RichWEB interface and support form are described in the studio terms and privacy notice. They are migration review drafts, not an accepted custom agreement.
